Raw paleo vegan a tall order?

It might sound it, but these little tartlets tick all the boxes and are delicious. We first made them for some crudivore friends and have since kept them in our repertoire. They are rich and satisfying while fruitily moreish. The raw crust is made from spiced dried fruits, seeds and nuts and you can fill them with any fresh fruit. Healthy, yummy and festive, they are good for any occasion. These tangy little treats were for a 70th birthday party.
