There is plenty of evidence showing that a plant-based diet is not only healthier for us but also more responsible in terms of animal welfare and the environment. The best thing about it, though, is that creative plant-based food is delicious, satisfying and inspiring!
I have been cooking meals from scratch all my life, experimenting and learning how to use new and exciting ingredients. I love to browse through the markets here in South West France, choosing the best of fresh seasonal, local products and using them to create original dishes and I'm lucky enough to live a few steps away from a Sunday farmers' market. I also enjoy collecting spices and seasonings from around the world and incorporating them into my cooking.
